Validate a Batch Setup

Purpose

Validating a batch setup helps you identify and fix potential issues before publishing. It's useful while editing a batch setup without making it available for use.

Note

Validation does not make the batch setup active. You cannot create batches from it until it has been successfully published.

Steps to Validate a Batch Setup

1. Follow the procedure in Publish a Batch Setup.
2. Stop after the Validate process is complete.
