Batch Setup Workflow Agents

To configure workflow agents for a batch setup:

  1. Select a Batch Setup, right-click to open the context menu, and choose Batch Setup Properties.
  2. The Batch Setup Properties window appears.
  3. In the window, select the Workflow Agents section and configure the settings below.

Available Workflow Agents

  • Displays all agents that can be added to the workflow.

TIP

Example: WFDeleteLoosePages automatically removes blank or loose pages from scanned batches.

Selected Workflow Agents

  • Shows agents currently added to the batch setup.
  • These agents will execute during the workflow according to their logic.

Actions

  • Add – Select an agent from the available list and click Add to include it in the workflow.
  • Remove – Select an agent from the right panel and click Remove to delete it from the workflow.
  • Remove All – Clears all agents from the Selected Workflow Agents list.

Buttons

  • OK – Saves your workflow agent settings.
  • Cancel – Discards any changes.
