Batch Setup


To configure document intake through scanning or import
methods and define how documents are grouped, processed,
and indexed.

Functionality:

  • Create batches by department or process.
  • Select document type, form type (fixed/free), and input method (scanner/email/folder).
  • Set indexing preferences—manual, auto, or lookup-based.
  • Schedule batches for recurring automated runs (e.g., daily at 9 AM).
  • Attach validation, extraction, and classification rules per batch.
