Admin Setup

This module allows you to set up and control multiple scanning or import batch setup.

Import

The import module allows importing email attachments, including the email body, to DocView Capture.

This module is an unattended module that does not require any operator to work on it, but it works based on Admin Setup Configuration.

Classify

OCR/Extraction

This module is an unattended module that does not require any operator to work on it, but it works based on Admin Setup Configuration.

Verify

Module allows user to perform manual indexing verification of document fields of all documents of the scanned batch.

Each index field's value is checked for formatting and validation rules.

The user can manually type the field value or use the mouse to draw a zone (area on the image) that OCR extracts and populates into the field box.

Verified index field value gets checked against the index value, and the user receives a notification if it does not match.

Export

Module also allow developer to develop custom output setup depending on custom requirement.

Module also allow multiple output type meaning output can be setup to any number of output format (above) for single document.

Manage

This is a user module that allows a user or supervisor to manage batches in the flow while they are being processed in DocView Capture.

Users can perform or load batch processing directly from the Manage module, which allows them to track the full flow of the individual batch.

This module is also useful for supervisors or managers who can monitor all batches being processed in all modules.
